Long Time No See!

Wow seems like we have not posted in 3000 years (ok 3 months) we have been busy; we went to Colorado, started school, got a visit from Gradma Carolyn, a new baby (Makayla),and Halloween!!!!!! We promis new pics on each adveture soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy 4th of July

Sorry but our Internet was down yesterday so happy independence day a day late

My last post said there is nothing much going on but I forgot something that is totally exciting, you might whant to sit down for this..... IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The kids have been enjoying the lazy days of summer since school got out on the 11th, the day before sams birthday, but nothing much has been happening. We can't wait for our trip Colorado in August!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAPPY 12th BIRTHDAY SAMANTHA

Sweet Kids

So the other morning I was wondering why on earth the Lord would be sending another child to my house, when I have spent the morning using my excellent parenting skills of Yelling - and my children are acting rotten and fighting every 5 minutes (ahhh love at home...)

Then this afternoon when I look out my kitchen window to check on the children, I find them all working together to surprise their mom with a clean car..........the sweetest kids ever!

Seth is constantly bringing little creatures to show me: frogs, salamanders, snakes, snails.....

The Peacock

The peacock is soooooo beautiful, he shows off his feathers to the pea hens (the female) while he vibrites his fethers. How romantic!!!!!!!!!

Spring Beauty

All the kids got a sweatsirt and matching sweatpants. they also got hats and candy from the Easter Bunny.

Seth got the most eggs like 23 out of the 42 hid. He was very proud.

Ellie is so cute she loved Easter and had so much fun. She and Abigail got lots of eggs.

Science Fair

Samantha entered the Science Fair. She worked really hard on it for about a week and guess what, she tied for first with her friend Abby!!! They tied for first last year too!!!!!!!!

Sam in Play as "Wednesday"

Sam did awesome too. She was in a lot of the play and had a lot of lines, but she mastered them all quickly! She really enjoyed being in the play, as did Seth. It was amazing that kids K-6 could put on a production like that in only 5 days!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seth "Frownie face tribe Member''

Seth was a member of the
"frownie face tribe." They got to scare everyone on the island. The tribe had a cute little song, it made me laugh. Seth was very cute and did well.

Abigail's 2nd Birthday

So we are attempting to start a blogg page. Most posts will probably be done by Samantha. We thought we would start with Abigail's birthday. She turned 2 on the 13th of march. We fixed her favorite meal for dinner - taco soup. She had chocolate covered strawberries instead of cake. We celebrated with Mom, Samantha, Seth & Ellie. The above photo was an early present given to her by her Grandma Carolyn before she returned home.
